Patio Decor for Warm Temperatures

What better way to sit outside and enjoy the weather than by having the perfect spot to do just that!?

Whether it is hot or cold, the possibilities are endless on the things you can do to make it enjoyable being outside.

Plus, if you are anything like me, I love to entertain! It is important to make sure the space you do it in looks and feels amazing!

Make sure you brighten up the space! Whether you have just a few chairs or a couch, you want the space to feel “happy”. You would be surprised what just a few colorful throw pillows or cushions can do to the place.

Easy and Breezy

Hammocks are a wonderful thing to have. Though you think you may not use it often, you would be surprised. Just think about those warm sunny days where the sun is shining and the breeze is blowing; grab you a book and some lemonade and you are good to go!

Simple, Yet Sophisticated

So you don’t do a lot of entertainment? No problem! It is still nice to have something simple to step outside and have your morning coffee on. Find you a small, metal table and chairs. Most of them are weather resistant and do not take up too much space! You can even consider adding a touch of color with bright throw pillows to your seating area! There are waterproof covers for the cushions out there just in case of rainy weather or you can decide to just take them in and out as needed.

Swing on By!

A swing is the perfect thing to have when you just want to come home after a long day of work and just really want to relax. Grab you a glass of wine, sit back and rock away all of your stress in the sunshine. I can guarantee that there aren’t many other better ways to indulge in relaxation.

Party the Night Away!

You won’t always be entertaining during the day so you want to make sure you are prepared for any night time festivities. Lights, lights, lights! Whether you decide on string lights, or as seen in the picture above, lighting makes for great eye candy on your patio. Make sure that any lighting will last throughout your rendezvous.

Flor Décor

If your entire patio is not already covered, it is nice to have an area that is. While you may enjoy the sun, being able to get out of it for a glass of water while you cool down is just as nice. You can just cover a back corner and add a little seating there. Flowers are a great and inexpensive way to bring life to your patio. There are so many different kinds of flowers to choose from and the colors they have will always make the place brighter. Some flowers take very little effort to keep up with and it will spruce your patio right on up! If you have a window on or close to your patio then a window box is perfect for you. It is possible to buy these, but get crafty and make one instead! There are plenty of DIY tutorials out there. After purchasing, or making your own, add any touch of color to add that “WOW factor” to your once dull window sill. A lot of people will add their favorite budding flowers for some more flair.

No matter what you do, whether it is a small change or large, adding some décor to your patio will definitely bring some new character to your home.

It may even make you appreciate your yard space even more!

When there is something pretty to view and offers a nice comfort, you will want to use up that space as much as possible!

Turn off Netflix, get off your butt and enjoy some FRESH air!
