Yankee Great, Derek Jeter recently placed his Trump World Tower Condo on the market at an asking price of 20 million dollars. He purchased the condo 12 years ago for 12.5 and is presently building a 30,000 square foot mansion in Tampa, Florida where he plans to retire from baseball. Not only is this man adorable and a decent baseball player, but he seems to be quite the money manager as well. Good for you Derek Jeter, enjoy your time in the Sun, you deserve it.

This All-Star has hit a run of bad luck when it comes to real estate and such. Latrell Sprewell's 7 bedroom home in New York is being foreclosed and lists at a modest 2.3 mil. The home does host a gym, pool & spa, basketball court, 4-car garage and recording studio. Unfortunately Sprewell had to settle a debt to get his Wisconsin home out of foreclosure recently and lost his 70-foot yacht to non-payments earlier this year. He is just not having the same run of good luck as a property owner that he had as a Timberwolf.

To say I LOVE this man is such an understatement!! He is in my humble opinion the most incredible athlete of ALL-TIME! I used to stalk him when he played minor baseball in Birmingham, AL. Ahh. What an incredible heavenly creature. Yes, I realize it is obvious I have a huge crush… He and his ex-wife built this 56,000 square foot home in Chicago back in the day and now it is on the market for a cool 29 mil. It has 9 beds, 15 full baths, a tennis court, a putting green & full-size regulation basketball court with competition lighting. The entry way to the gorgeous home displays an iron 23 in honor of his incredible career in Basketball.

A-Rod as he is affectionately called by his adoring fans, recently placed his incredible home on the market for 38 million. The pro baseball player built this home himself. The contemporary waterfront home on Biscayne Bay sports 9 bedrooms, 13 baths, both indoor and outdoor kitchens, as well as a home theatre and batting cage. One thing that can definitely be said for this amazing athlete, other than the fact he is to die for handsome, is that he has exquisite taste.

The former NFL quarterback recently cut the asking price of his Napa Valley home by 14 million dollars. The original asking price of 49 million was set in 2009, but with property values taking a nose dive all over Joe Montana also had to adjust to the change. The 9,700-square foot Tuscan-style home has a barn with equestrian facilities, a basketball court, a skeet-shooting range and an olive farm. The estate is said to be incredibly beautiful and artistically expressive. Very impressive Football Joe, very impressive indeed.

Wayne Gretsky’s home designed by Richard Landry was custom built. His celebrity neighbors in the Sherwood Country Club area include Britney Spears and Pete Sampras just to name a few. The property covers 6.5 acres, consist of 13,000 square feet of living space and list for 15 million dollars. The Canadian Ice Hockey pro may negotiate for a cool 14 million if you have it, might be worth looking into hockey fans.

Originally listed for 25 million, built in 2009, Pete Sampras home in Lake Sherwood Estates has been reduced to a modest 19.95 million dollars. His home much like his hockey playing neighbor also boast of 13,000 square feet of living space. The tennis champ who recently purchased a home in Brentwood for a bargain 5.6 million dollars is said to be pleased to down size. I assume the poker room and guest house are no longer useful to this awesome tennis pro. I would bet there is definitely a court in the back yard though.
